We can’t wait for you to join us! It’s easy to get started. Focusing on your health & wellness as you travel through menopause will help support you way beyond it. The START IT FIT membership is for those who are ready to commit to and explore as many aspects of your life that may need some improvements. But it’s not just about exercise, it’s about embracing a community of other like minded amazing women going through the same things as you. We’ll get stronger, more energetic and have fun together along the way.
When exercising you will need to have a few basic props to use during class, which may include a band, a mat, a 1/2 roller or pillow and some light hand weights (canned soup can do just fine).
This is not bootcamp or high intensity HIIT class – this is mindful movement that strengthens, lengthens and balances you through menopause and beyond.
What you get with your START IT FIT membership:
- a quick welcome phone call with Cindy to discuss class options or recommendations
- 1 Pilates & movement 30 minute class a week online (Mondays at 10:30am EST)
