This ebook is based on a Mediterranean diet, traditional foods many people ate in Greece and Italy back in the late 1960s, which research has shown helps to reduce our chance of getting many diseases. It offers recipes that have healthy fats, whole grains, legumes, nuts, seeds and fish. There are a couple of recipes that offer meat options but those should be eaten no more than 2x’s a week.
