Are you ALL IN and ready to get started?. All you have to do is make the decision to commit to your whole body’s health now and we’ll support you along the way. Focusing on your health & wellness as you travel through menopause will help to get you to a better place beyond it.

The ALL IN FIT membership is for those who are ready to jump in with both feet, ready to explore as many aspects of your life that may need some improvements so that you can be the best version of yourself.

But it’s not just about exercise, it’s about embracing a community of other like minded amazing women going through the same things as you. We’ll get stronger, more energetic and have fun together along the way.

When exercising you will need to have a few basic props to use during class, which may include a band, a mat, a 1/2 roller or pillow and some light hand weights (canned soup can do just fine).

What you get with your ALL IN FIT membership:

  • Talk with Cindy 1:1 about  your goals, challenges and 
  • Zoom link to a once a week live Pilates & movement class or the recorded video if you can’t make it 
  • targeted recipes to support our hormones, bones and brain
  • targeted movement videos to strengthen and balance our body
  • a downloadable mini health workbook to use at home – to set simple goals for the week
  • join our private Facebook group page –  which will be used for monthly events or live chats and sharing tips, tricks and ideas that help support our health through menopause
