30 minute Pilates & Movement class (recordings)

Find classes and videos including mini basic classes to get you started on some foundation exercises first! If you are new to Pilates, please try the basic videos before you join our online or recorded class.  It’s important to become familiar with some of the Pilates vocabulary first, so that you can get the most out of the classes!  

Just a gentle reminder to listen to your body before doing any of our Pilates & movement classes. Avoid anything that gives you pain or that is not appropriate for you.
