Welcome to your 10 day trial of My Fit. Take your time to navigate through the offers you get with your TRY IT membership page. You will find some of the things the paid membership offers, but to get more you will need to sign up.

Live 30 minute Pilates & movement class runs on Mondays at 10:30am and a link will be sent via email. If you’re unable to attend the live class you will find the recorded classes below.

Just a gentle reminder to listen to your body before doing any of our Pilates & movement classes.
Avoid anything that gives you pain or that is not appropriate for you.

If you are new to Pilates, please try the mini basic classes FOUND BELOW before you join our online or recorded class. It’s important to become familiar with some of the Pilates vocabulary first, so that you can get the most out of the classes!

Meet Cindy, owner and instructor

My name is Cindy I am the owner of Pilates with Cindy and the owner/creator of a new website called My Fit Over 50.  I have been in the health and wellness industry as a professional for over 30 years starting my career teaching dance classes to all ages. 

After enjoying a great professional dance career (working all over the world including Stratford Festival), I began learning and investing my training in specialized fields, becoming a certified Pilates instructor (Dianne Miller) a registered holistic nutritionist (CSNN) and a registered acupuncturist (CTCMPAO).

All of this experience has led me here and I am eager and excited to share all of my knowledge with you.
