It’s easy to get started. Commit to focusing on your health over the next 10 days without judgement. Take the time to explore as many aspects of your life that may need some improvements and most of all have fun – this shouldn’t be stressful.

When exercising you will need to have a few basic props to use during class, which may include a band, a mat, a 1/2 roller or pillow and some light hand weights (canned soup can do just fine).
