I acknowledge that participating in physical online exercise or training activities with Cindy and My Fit Over 50, is done entirely at my own risk. I am willing and voluntarily assuming any risk, injuries or damages known and unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in these classes, and agree that Cindy Willems (My Fit Over 50) will not have any liability for such injuries or damages to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law. I release Cindy and My Fit Over 50 from all claims for damage or injury arising as a result of my participation in activities offered. I am in good general health, not pregnant or physically incapable of participating in online classes. I will avoid exercises that are not appropriate for me especially if I have had hip or knee replacements or are in chronic pain. I will consult with my doctor before starting to ensure that the exercises or recommendations are appropriate for me. I understand this site is not meant to diagnose or treat any of my current health conditions. I hereby waive and release any claims, known or unknown, I may have against Cindy Willems (My Fit Over 50), including its instructors, officers, directors and employees and agents arising from or in connection with the services provided by Cindy Willems (My Fit Over50) and agree to indemnify Cindy Willems including its instructors, officers, directors and employees and agents from and against any and all claims.

Look for a link in your email for the online Zoom class that takes place Mondays at 10:30am EST. If you can’t make a live class do the recording available on your sign in page.

Sign into your account

It’s really simple… LOGIN (found in the menu tab) and then click subscription to see the link called START IT FIT. Here you will find classes, recipes and more.

New to pilates?

Please try the Basic Pilates Mat Classes first (available once you’ve logged in). Get used to some of the vocabulary and movement we will be doing in the online 30 minute classes. Once you are comfortable, move onto the Beginner and Intermediate workouts.
