Our 30 minute LIVE Pilates & movement classes aim to strengthen, lengthen and balance you through menopause and beyond. Each class uses simple props such as bands, hand weights, pillows and chairs.
My FIT OVER 50 is not just about exercising…yes you’ll get stronger and more flexible, but you’ll also feel empowered to take care of what your body needs now and for the future.

Over 10 days you will get a Zoom link (in your email) to the LIVE virtual class. Classes run Monday or Friday at 10:00am EST. If you can't make the class you will get the recorded video to do on your own time

Once you are a member you will be able to LOGIN to a portal that provides more information and support for your body as you go through MENOPAUSE and beyond! There you will find a library of movement videos you can do at home as well as guest speaker videos, valuable information to help you and more!
My name is Cindy, I am the owner/practitioner at the Women’s Health Centre in Toronto, Canada. I am also the creator this website, My Fit Over 50, dedicated to the health of women through and beyond menopause.
After enjoying a great professional dance career (working all over the world including Stratford Festival), I began learning and investing my training in specialized fields, becoming a certified Pilates instructor (Dianne Miller) a registered holistic nutritionist (CSNN) and a registered acupuncturist (CTCMPAO).
All of my professional and personal experience has led me here, excited to share all of my knowledge to support your menopause journey with you. Take charge of your health and wellbeing, with a little help from me!
